Ship key operation - the interconnected pair "attribute - state"

The principles of constructing of mathematical models of ship key operations have been considered in the paper. These models should create some conditions for "the human factor" control during fulfilling the manufacturing operations by crew in order to minimize the influence of this factor on safe exploitation of a vessel.

Peculiarities of social control in the safety management systems

The deterministic model of activity of the ship and coast specialist in the management system for the ship safe operation (SMS) has been drawn up and the alternatives of this activity have been given. In the paper the description of the "social man" concept has been shown and the application of this concept has been demonstrated at the SMS operation.
